Using the store
By accessing DrakoElectronics or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information and use the store only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Products and availability
We aim to present product names, images, condition, stock, features, and prices accurately. Colors and packaging may vary slightly. An item placed in a cart is not reserved, and availability can change before an order is confirmed.
Pre-owned products
Pre-owned products are clearly identified by condition. Reasonable cosmetic wear may be present and should be considered part of the disclosed condition unless a specific defect is stated. Included accessories are those described on the product page or confirmed with you.
Prices, VAT, and orders
Prices are shown in XAF. Checkout displays applicable delivery charges and VAT before payment. Submitting payment is an offer to purchase; an order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we issue an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund orders affected by stock, pricing, fraud, or listing errors.
Payments
Payments are completed through the payment provider shown during checkout. You must use a payment method you are authorized to use. A pending request is not proof of payment; an order is treated as paid only after the transaction is successfully verified.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by location, availability, weather, operator availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers must provide a reachable phone number and accurate delivery location when requested.
Returns, refunds, and support
Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description. Eligibility for return, replacement, or refund depends on the product, its condition, the reason for return, and whether it has been used or altered. Digital products and activated codes may not be returnable once delivered.
Rewards, referrals, and promotions
Rewards and referral benefits have no cash value unless expressly stated. Eligibility, earning rates, expiry, and redemption conditions may change. We may reverse benefits obtained through cancelled orders, abuse, duplicate accounts, or misleading referral activity. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
The DrakoElectronics name, site design, written content, and original graphics are protected. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not interfere with the store, scrape it excessively, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to distribute harmful material.
Responsibility and governing terms
To the extent permitted by law, DrakoElectronics is not responsible for indirect losses or failures caused by third-party networks and services outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Cameroon.
Changes and contact
