Payment credentials and wallet authorization are handled by our payment provider; DrakoElectronics does not store your Mobile Money PIN.

We use your information to create and secure accounts, process and deliver orders, confirm payments, provide receipts and support, maintain rewards and referrals, prevent misuse, improve the store, and send communications you have requested.
Services that help us operate
We use service providers to run important parts of the store, including Firebase for authentication and database services, Cloudinary for product images, Fapshi for payment processing, and hosting or analytics providers where enabled. They receive only the information needed to provide their services.
Rewards linked to your email
When an eligible purchase is completed, rewards may be held against the email used at checkout. If you later create or access an account with the same verified email, those rewards can be added to that account.
How long we keep information
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the store, meet accounting and legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary according to the type of record and why it is required.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible personal information, unsubscribe from promotional messages, or request help with your account. Some order and transaction records may need to be retained for legal, security, or accounting reasons.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. The store is not intended for children who cannot legally consent to online purchases; a parent or guardian should complete purchases for them.
